Smita Shah, the owner and founder of Navrung Expressions, has 40+ years of experience in Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Auriculor therapy, Cupping, Reflexology, cosmetology, herbal therapies, and many more modalities, resulting in her success today. Navrung Expressions was officially registered in 2013.  Diploma in Stress Management adds to her healing sessions.

Smita was gifted a book by her father at the age of sixteen when she expressed her desire to become a Doctor.  Instead he gifted her this book called, “Acupuncture without Needles” by J. V. Cenerey.  Since she started to read and implement the therapy when and where she could. When she found out her then-husband, only 22 years of age, took at least 20 tablets a day, he suffered from 24/7 headaches.  She started to treat him on a daily basis and took her about 9 months to reduce his medication to 2 tablets a day and 1 tablet after a year.
