Our Pholicious Story

We opened our kitchen in February 2020 as a Vietnamese family-owned business. Our goal is to bring fresh, authentic, & vegetarian-friendly Vietnamese food to the suburbs of Chicago for all to enjoy.

Fall of 2022 we started baking our own fresh Banh Mi daily. Rolling out more than a dozen types of Vietnamese sandwiches and baked goods.
